Josh Clay is an industry expert renowned for his exceptional management of premium golf courses. With a diverse professional background encompassing various operational roles at clubs nationwide, Clay is Class A member of the PGA of America with a 16-year career at Troon. Having begun his journey as a collegiate golfer, Clay has strategically advanced in his career by assuming leadership positions at several highly acclaimed clubs across states like Arizona, Texas, South Carolina, and Connecticut. His influential contributions span from successfully launching restaurants to expertly overseeing golf operations and spearheading new golf course constructions throughout his career. Clay's passion for golf can be traced back to his formative years at Grinnell High School in Grinnell, Iowa, where his love for the game first took root.

Rick McCombs was born in Des Moines and went to culinary school at the Culinary Institute at DMACC. He worked at many hotels and top restaurants in the Des Moines area before moving to the Iowa City area nine years ago. Around Iowa City, Rick helped to open Pat and Frans, worked as a sous chef at the Riverside Casino, and was the chef of a number of other restaurants. Most recently, he was the executive chef for Coe College. Rick started at Bump's Restaurant in October of 2023.

Lauren Schropp grew up in Williamsburg, Iowa, graduating from Williamsburg High School in 2015 and currently finishing up her Associate’s Degree at Kirkwood Community College. Lauren worked at a few restaurants in the Williamsburg/Iowa County area as well as here in the Iowa City area and has been a server/bartender here at Bump’s Restaurant since 2022. Lauren is excited to transition from her experiences serving and bartending to a management role and continue to make Bump’s Restaurant a place for the golfers of Finkbine and community to enjoy!
