John Cafarelli - General Manager

John is the facility General Manager that oversees golf operations, agronomy, Bump's Restaurant, sales & marketing and maintenance operations. Prior to arriving at Finkbine, Cafarelli worked as the executive chef at three Troon properties: Valley of the Eagles Golf Club in Elyria, Ohio; The Lodge of Four Seasons Resort in Lake Ozark, Missouri; and Westhaven Golf Club in Franklin, Tennessee. Cafarelli, originally from Cleveland, has been in the food and beverage industry for more than 27 years. He graduated from the College of Wooster in Wooster, Ohio where he studied Business Economics.

Dan Naso - Executive Chef

Dan is the facility Executive Chef that oversees all food production and culinary staff at Finkbine’s bar and restaurant, Bump’s, and the Hawk’s Nest Snack Bar. Naso has been professionally cooking for 15+ years, beginning his culinary experience in Cleveland’s own “Little Italy” neighborhood where he learned how to recreate classic authentic Italian favorites. Naso then spent his time traveling to different state of the art culinary centers in Manhattan, New York, Miami Beach, Florida and across Southern California. Naso joins us from a former Troon club in Elyria, Ohio. Naso studied at the Cleveland Institute of Art where he received a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts.
