Richard Delf – PGA Assistant Golf Professional
Richard was born and raised in Council Bluffs, where he played high school golf and his love for the golf business began. He graduated from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas with a degree in Business Administration and became a certified PGA Golf Professional. After graduating, Richard moved back to Iowa, and was the Assistant Golf Professional at Ottumwa Country Club for 2 ½ years. Richard specializes in junior golf and coordinates the summer golf leagues. My favorite golf memories are on the driving range or out on the golf course with family and friends. My best 9 hole round is -3 and 18 hole score was +1 72. However my best scores are not the same round due to severe thunderstorms interrupting my round. I did not feel like having a Caddy Shack moment.
